We monitor the works on site and review the contractor’s installation to ensure that they are installing the M&E systems according to the specification. In projects which are design and build, we do a technical review of the proposal to ensure that what they are offering is to current standards and to the required quality. During the installation works, we provide the client with peace of mind that the installation is being carried out correctly.
