Incorporated in April 2007, our Initial objective was to provide cleaning, landscaping and waste disposal services to government and private sectors. We have extended our product offerings in order to expand our services to evolve into a total Facility Management provider.
We provide quality and systematic services in the area of maintenance, equip ourselves with modern equipment ensuring customer facilities are always kept in prime condition and at the same time ensure a longer lifespan for buildings and its installations. Ultimately owners get better ROI and reduce capex in the long term.
Our portfolio includes the Anak Bukit multiple building complexes in Alor Setar, Wisma Persekutuan in Ipoh, Manjung, Teluk Intan and Kangar. We also provide cleaning and landscaping services to Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Iskandar in Tanjung Malim and the International Universiti Malaya-Wales in the capital. Additionally, we not only provide initial internal cleaning services to condominium projects in SouthKey in Johor Bahru and the 28 Boulevard in Kuala Lumpur. We also provide professional rope access external cleaning to Southkey & Marina Cove in Johor Bahru as well.
